KETO PIZZA RECIPE IN 5 MINUTES

Ingredients :

Egg 2 pcs.

Grated Parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp.

Psyllium 1 tbsp.

Provence herbs 1 tsp.

Salt to taste

Coconut oil for frying 2 tsp.

50g Mozzarella cheese

Tomato paste 3 tsp.

Basil to taste

Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl that fits inside your handy hand blender

Beat the eggs and blend in the blender for at least 60 seconds to allow the psyllium to absorb the moisture.

Heat a skillet to medium heat, melt the coke butter and pour in the pizza dough

Once the top begins to set slightly, flip the pizza base over. Fry for another minute.
