MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE RECIPE

I’ve just been crazy about the microwave lately! This chocolate cupcake in a mug is living proof of that)

First of all, it’s super convenient! Instead of half an hour, it only takes a couple of minutes to make the baked goods. Secondly, the finished dishes taste just as good. You might as well sell the oven, honestly)

Ingredients :

Egg 1 pc.

Butter 2 tablespoons

Almond flour 2 tablespoons

Cocoa 2 Tablespoons

Erythritol 1 Tablespoon

Coconut flour 2 tablespoons

Vanilla flavoring to taste

Baking powder ½ tsp.

Step 1
Put the butter in a mug and microwave for 20 seconds to soften

Step 2
Add the sweetener.

Step 3
Sprinkle in the cocoa.

Step 4
Add the almond and coconut flours, baking powder and flavoring.

Step 5
Beat an egg.

Step 6
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Step 7
Bake in the microwave for 75 seconds.
