A couple of months ago we were visiting friends who have been on the keto diet for a year. They made cheesy keto biscuits and…it was just great! There was just no stopping it! I had to beg for the recipe to share with you all

Ingredients :
Almond Flour 120g
Cream cheese 200g
Grated mozzarella cheese 300g
Eggs 4 pcs.
4 Tbsp. leavening powder
Butter 2 Tbsp
Step 1
In a ladle over medium heat, melt the cream cheese and mozzarella. Stir until smooth.
Step 2
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together the cheese, eggs, baking powder and flour. Let stand for about 20 minutes. Then, pour into a mold and place in the refrigerator for another 10 minutes
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200 C and bake the cake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Brush the finished biscuit with butter
