RECIPE FOR THIN KETO PANCAKES

It’s Shrove Tuesday!!! You haven’t thought about NOT making pancakes for Shrove Tuesday, have you?) Here’s a great recipe for thin keto style pancakes!

Eggs, almond flour, no sugar – just the way we like it!

Cooking Time 20 min.

Ingredients :

Eggs 4 pcs.

Almond flour 60g

Milk 80 ml

Erythritol 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

Step 1
Mix eggs and milk. Whisk for about a minute until lightly foamy. Then add flour, erythritol and salt. Mix thoroughly and let the dough stand.

Step 2
Cook the pancakes in a well-heated pancake pan in olive oil
