Introducing a very simple and incredibly delicious keto stuffed peppers “three cheeses” recipe
You can experiment with the toppings and seasonings to your taste, but I really like the version with young spinach. Before cooking, be sure to set aside a couple of spoonfuls of Parmesan to sprinkle over the peppers at the end

Ingredients :
To prepare the recipe “Stuffed peppers “three cheeses” | keto recipe” You will need:
Sweet pepper 2 pcs.
Eggs 4 pcs.
Ricotta cheese ½ cup
Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Parmesan cheese ½ cup
Garlic powder 1 tsp.
Fresh spinach, small leaves ½ cup.
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Cut the peppers in two and remove the seeds.
Step 2
In a blender or food processor, combine cheese, eggs and garlic. Save a couple tablespoons of Parmesan for sprinkles.
Step 3
Stuff the pepper halves with the mixture, place the spinach leaves on top and lightly press them in with a fork.
Wrap the peppers in foil and place in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
Take the peppers out, remove the foil, sprinkle with Parmesan and place to bake for another 3-5 minutes
