Ingredients :
Chicken fillet 3 pcs.
Garlic powder 1 tsp.
Asparagus 12 units.
Cream cheese 60g
Butter 1 tbsp.
Olive oil 1 tsp.
Marinara sauce, sugar-free 90 ml
Parmesan cheese 90g
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1
Cut the chicken filet and open it like a book ( or a butterfly). Peel asparagus stalks.
Step 2
Rub the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Divide the cream cheese into three portions and spread evenly over the inside of the chicken filet. Place the asparagus and “cover” the chicken by securing it with a toothpick
Step 3
Heat a frying pan and fry the breasts over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Then transfer to a baking pan, brush with marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Step 4
Put the tray in a preheated 180 C oven for 5 minutes ( or until all the cheese is melted and golden!).
