Ingredients :
Chocolate min. 70% cocoa, no sugar 250g
Butter 150g
Egg 5 eggs
Salt to taste
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp.
Method
Step 1
Melt chocolate and butter in the microwave (or in a water bath), mix thoroughly and leave to come to room temperature.
Step 2
Separate the whites and beat until stiff. Add the vanilla to the yolks and stir until smooth. Add the chocolate mixture to the yolks first, stir, then, gently incorporate the whites.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a 20-22 cm baking dish and place in a preheated 160 C oven for 15 minutes.
