To make this recipe for Chocolate Cheesecake You will need:
Egg 3 pcs.
Philadelphia cheese (cream cheese) 120g
Sugar Free milk chocolate 120g
Step 1
Separate whites, beat until stiff and freeze.
Step 2
Melt chocolate in a water bath. Then add the cream cheese and mix until smooth. Remove from the water bath and cool slightly. Add the egg yolks and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add the whites to the batter 1/3 at a time, stirring gently with a silicone spatula. Pour the batter into a mold (16 cm). Wrap the bottom of the mold in foil.
Step 4
Pour 2cm of water into a deep baking tray and place the mold in it. Place the tray in a preheated 170°C oven for 15 minutes. Then, turn the temperature down to 150 and keep for another 15 minutes. Turn off the oven (do not open the door) and leave the cake inside for another 15 minutes.
