CHOCOLATE COCONUT CUPCAKE IN A MUG

This cupcake recipe combines three of our favorite flavors at once: chocolate, coconut, and peanut butter! Plus, it cooks in a couple of minutes in the microwave, which means you can treat yourself to it literally anytime!

1 egg.

Cream 2.5 tablespoons

Erythritol 1.5 tbsp.

Sugar-Free Peanut Paste 1 Tablespoon

Cocoa 2 tablespoons

Coconut flour 1 tablespoon

Leavening agent 1½ tsp.

Step 1
Mix egg, cream, erythritol and peanut butter in a bowl. Add the cocoa, flour and baking powder and mix well.

Step 2
Pour batter into a mug or microwaveable mold. Bake in the microwave for 75-90 seconds.
