Ingredients :
Avocado, soft 1 piece.
Vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
Lime zest ½ tsp.
Salt to taste
Chocolate, min. 70% cocoa, sugar-free 150g
Coconut oil 1 tbsp.
Cocoa 5g
Step 1
Put the avocado and vanilla extract in a blender and blend until smooth. It is important to get ripe avocados so that the mixture becomes creamy.
Add the lime zest and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave (or in a water bath), pour the mixture over the avocado, stir until smooth and leave to stand in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Roll into small balls with your hands and coat in cocoa. The truffles are ready! Store in the fridge for no more than a week or put in the freezer.
