CRISPY CAULIFLOWER FRITTERS

These cauliflower fritters are great! You can make them for breakfast, but we prefer them as a side dish for dinner. With sour cream or homemade mayonnaise.)

Ingredients :

Red cabbage 450g

Green onions 20g

Egg 2 pcs.

turmeric 1/4 tsp.

Garlic powder 1/2 tsp.

Cheddar cheese 50 g

Coconut flour 3 tablespoons

1/4 tsp. leavening powder

Salt to taste

Step 1
If you have a food processor, cut the cauliflower into florets and shred. If not, grate it on a chopper.

Step 2
Then, you need to remove excess moisture: either hold in the microwave for a couple of minutes and towel off, or salt and put in a colander for 15-20 minutes. After, squeeze out properly.

Step 3
Put the cabbage in a bowl and add all the ingredients except the eggs. Stir to combine.

Step 4
Add the eggs.

Step 5
The batter should be sticky, but not watery.

Step 6
Roll into balls and place on a baking tray lined with parchment.

Step 7
Pinch the balls to form pancakes and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 200°C oven
