The best way to make dinner is to throw all the ingredients into the multicooker, run the right program and forget about it for a couple of hours) That’s what I did with this keto recipe. As a result, I got an incredibly tender and flavorful dish – stewed chicken with mushrooms and herbs!

Ingredients :
Small mushrooms 700g
Chicken meat (breast and thigh fillet) 500g
Garlic clove 3 pcs.
Basil, dried half a tsp.
Oregano, dried half a tsp.
Cumin, dried half a tsp.
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Chicken broth 90 ml
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter 2 tablespoons
Heavy cream 25 ml
Finely sliced fried bacon 150g
20g parsley
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms and separate the stalks.
Step 2
Place them in a bowl of a multicooker (or slow cooker)
Step 3
Cut the chicken into small pieces and add to the mushrooms. Also pour in all the spices and chicken broth and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Start the program “stew” or turn on the slow cooker on low mode and cook for two hours.
When cooked through, add butter and cream and stir.
Before serving, sprinkle the bacon and parsley over the dish.
