STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS WITH MOZZARELLA

Who doesn’t love juicy, tender, flavorful chicken? Here! Everyone does) Here’s a great keto recipe for tender chicken breasts stuffed with mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce!

Ingredients :

Cream cheese 100g

Grated mozzarella cheese 100g

Frozen spinach 300g

Chicken breast 3 units.

Olive oil 1 tbsp.

Tomato sauce, sugar-free 60ml

Mozzarella cheese, slice 3 units.

Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Place cream cheese, grated mozzarella and spinach in a bowl. Put in the microwave for a few minutes so the cheese melts and you can melt and mix everything until creamy.

Step 2
Make deep cross cuts in the chicken breasts, sprinkle with salt and pepper

Step 3
Put the cheese mixture in the cuts

Step 4
Put the chicken in a baking dish (I use a cast iron skillet) and put it in a preheated 180°C oven for 25 minutes

Then, switch your oven to grill mode and increase the temperature to 220 C. Spread tomato sauce on the fillets and put a slice of mozzarella on each and bake for 5 minutes more.
