Eggs C0 4 pcs.
Olive oil 4 tablespoons
Almond flour 50g
Salt ¼ tsp.
Dried oregano 1 Tbsp.
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C and prepare moulds for 6 muffins (scones)
Step 2
Mix eggs and olive oil in a bowl. Add the flour, salt and ¾ of the Oregano. Mix thoroughly and pour into molds. Sprinkle the remaining oregano on top.
Bake for 25 minutes, then cool completely at room temperature before removing from the tins.
