A tried-and-true recipe for a turkey breast burger. We usually use a breast fillet, but you can try a thigh fillet as well – it should be even juicier, but the breast makes a very tender and juicy baked pork chop!
Cooking time 20 minutes
Serving capacity 10
Ingredients :
1 turkey breast fillet
Salt 3 tbsp.
Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
Shish kebab marinade 100g
How to cook
Step 1
Make a salt solution: for 1 kg of meat take 1 liter of water, 3 tablespoons of salt and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Put the breast in the solution for 1 hour.
Step 2
Take the breast out of the solution, dry it with a paper towel, rub it with marinade (we buy ready-made marinade for kebabs (last time we bought Santa-Maria for chicken) and leave it to marinate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 250°C, wrap the fillets in foil, put them in a baking dish and place in the oven for 20 minutes. Then, without opening the door of the oven, turn it off and leave the turkey there until it cools completely – for 2-3 hours.
Bon appetit!
