QUICK MINI PIZZA

A very easy and quick recipe for homemade keto-style mini pizzas. We use almond flour and Parmesan for the base! The perfect combination of flavor and the best ingredients for a thin, crunchy, classic base!

Make two small pizzas at a time)

Ingredients :

Almond flour 120g

Parmesan cheese 75g

Oregano, garlic (powder), salt and pepper to taste

2 Eggs.

Olive oil 3 tablespoons

100 gr Mozzarella cheese

Tomato 1 piece.

Fresh basil to taste

Step 1
Mix flour, Parmesan and spices in a bowl. Mix the eggs, oil and spices and pour into the dry ingredients. Knead the dough, roll into a ball and place in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

Step 2
Divide the dough into two portions, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake the base for 7-10 minutes in a preheated 200°C oven until the edges are crispy.

Step 3
Sprinkle the base with mozzarella, place tomato slices on top and bake for another 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle the finished pizza with fresh Basil and enjoy!
