They can be served cold or hot, or you can slice them into a salad altogether. I always make them for guests – and no one has guessed yet that this is a keto recipe.

Ingredients :
Champignons 200g
Bacon 300 g
Soft cream cheese 80 g
Pesto and basil 25g
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
Step 2
Mix the cream cheese and pesto sauce.
Step 3
Arrange the bacon strips on a cutting board and cut lengthwise in half.
Step 4
Take the mushrooms, peel them and remove the stalks.
Step 5
Fill each mushroom with the cream cheese and pesto filling.
Step 6
Take a narrow strip of bacon and wrap it around the mushroom. Take the second strip and wrap it around the other side again, so that the whole mushroom is tightly covered with bacon. Wrap all the mushrooms in this way.
Step 7
Put the mushrooms in a baking dish and put it in the preheated oven. After 20-30 minutes (depending on the size of the mushrooms), the bacon will be crispy and a nice golden brown color. Done!
