Ingredients :
Canned salmon 500ml
Finely chopped chives 2 tablespoons
Finely chopped dill 50 ml
Parmesan cheese 25g
Chopped bacon 120g
Chicken egg 2 pcs.
Lemon zest 1 tsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Almond flour 100 ml
Olive oil 2 Tbsp.
Step 1
Open the preserves, drain off the liquid and transfer to a large bowl.
Step 2
Add onion, dill, parmesan cheese, shredded bacon, two large eggs, lemon zest, salt and pepper and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Divide the resulting mince into patties weighing about 90 grams. You should get 10 pieces.
Step 4
Sprinkle the almond flour into a bowl, carefully coat the cutlets in it (they are brittle).
Step 5
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the cutlets over medium heat until golden on each side.
Step 6
Place two cutlets, broccoli and season with tartar sauce in a bowl
