Ingredients :
Shrimps 500g
Eggs 2 eggs
Coconut flour 60g
Cajun seasoning 1 tsp.
Coconut oil 100 ml
Step 1
Prepare Cajun seasoning: mix 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons paprika, a teaspoon of ground black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, dried oregano, dried thyme and half a teaspoon of red pepper.
Step 2
Whisk eggs in a small bowl; in another bowl mix coconut flour, salt and spices. Dip each shrimp in egg, then in coconut flour mixture.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side in small batches. Drain the finished shrimp on a paper towel and then serve!
