Ingredients :
Fillet of chicken breast 450g
Bacon 275g
Butter 100 tbsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh spinach 450g
Garlic cloves 4 pcs.
Cauliflower 325g
Heavy cream 75ml
Step 1
Wrap a chicken fillet in a slice or two of bacon and fry in butter until golden brown. Then place the fillet in a preheated oven at 200 C for 15 minutes and roast the spinach in a roasting pan.
Step 2
Chop the garlic and fry it in the butter. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and boil in a pot of salted water until soft.
Drain almost all the water and put the cauliflower in a blender. Add the garlic and oil from the pan and puree. Add water from the pan to get the desired texture.
Step 3
Place the mashed potatoes on a plate, top with the spinach leaves and the chicken fillets.
