BACON AND CHEDDAR CHEESE MUFFINS

This is the second week we’ve started our day with these gorgeous muffins! The secret ingredient is cauliflower, which makes them juicy and tender. What’s more, the toppings can be anything, so – experiment!

Ingredients :

Bacon 3 pieces.

Cauliflower, cauliflower, 1 pc.

Leavening agent 1 tsp.

Almond flour 100g

Egg 3 pcs.

Jalapeño pepper to taste

Onion and garlic (powder), salt and pepper to taste

Cheddar Cheese 150g

Step 1
Grill bacon, leave on kitchen paper, cool slightly and finely chop.

Step 2
Chop the cauliflower in a blender to the consistency of “rice” and transfer to a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients, the bacon, and mix thoroughly. * Leave some cheese for sprinkles.

Step 3
Spread the dough into the molds, sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake in a preheated 170° C oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
