CHICKEN CUTLETS WITH CHEESE

Tender chicken cutlets with aioli sauce! Perfect for a holiday party or a casual family dinner. You can use a thigh or a turkey breast instead of a chicken breast. Either way you’ll be satisfied with the result!

Ingredients :

750g Fillet of chicken breast

Egg 2 eggs

Almond flour 30g

Grated cheddar cheese 100 g

Grated Parmesan cheese 50 g

Green onions, chopped 15 g

Garlic powder 1 tsp.

Salt and pepper to taste

Mayonnaise 70 ml

Garlic clove 1 pc.

Lemon juice 1 tbsp.

Step 1
Mince the chicken breast or chop it in a food processor

Step 2
Add egg, flour, cheese, garlic powder, green onions, salt and pepper. Mix everything until smooth and let stand for about 15 minutes.

Step 3.
While the mince is standing, prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and chopped garlic clove and put in the fridge for 15-30 minutes.

Step 4
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the oil so that it covers the entire bottom of the pan. Fry four cutlets at a time; fry until the top is bubbling, then flip and fry until done. On average, 5-7 minutes on one side and 3-5 on the other.
