KETO CRACKERS WITH PESTO

Keto pesto crackers combine the crunchy texture and everyone’s favorite flavor of classic Italian pesto. Enjoy them as a standalone snack, add them to soup, smear them with olive topinade, or sprinkle them on your favorite salad!

Ingredients :

Almond flour 125g

Butter 3 tablespoons

Pesto 2 tablespoons.

Garlic clove 1 pc.

Salt and half a tsp.

Baking powder half a tsp.

Dried basil quarter tsp.

Black pepper quarter tsp.

Cayenne pepper quarter tsp.

Step 1
Mix almond flour, salt, pepper and baking powder in a bowl

Step 2
Add basil, cayenne pepper and garlic.

Step 3
Add the pesto and mix to the consistency of a dough

Step 4
Add the oil and form the dough into a ball

Step 5
Place the dough on parchment on a baking tray and roll out to a thickness of 2 mm

Step 6
Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for about 15-17 minutes

Step 7
After baking, remove the baking tray from the oven

Step 8
Slice crackers into desired size and shape while the dough is hot, or cool it and break it up!
