MUFFIN CUP WITH PEANUT PASTE

Why not celebrate the beginning of spring with a gorgeous peanut buttercup muffin? Minimal carbs, no sugar, and just a couple of minutes to make!

Ingredients :

Peanut butter paste 60g

Butter 40g

Almond flour 60 g

Erythritol 6 tbsp

Baking powder 2 tsp.

Egg 2 pcs.

Vanilla extract ½ tsp.

Water 60 ml

Dark Chocolate 3 Tbsp.

Step 1
Melt the peanut butter and butter together in the microwave and blend to a smooth consistency. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, erythritol and baking powder. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, melted butter mixture and water. Mix thoroughly and add the chocolate.

Step 2
Pour the batter into 6 cups and bake in the microwave for 1 minute at a time
