Chahan is simply Japanese fried rice cooked in a wok with various ingredients: meat, vegetables, eggs, etc. It is a common dish in Japan and an ideal way to use leftover rice. The ingredients vary greatly, and you can add whatever you have on hand.
On keto, rice needs to be replaced, and that’s where cauliflower comes in! It can easily be turned into rice with a food processor. Just take a cauliflower cauliflower cauliflower raw, cut it into florets and chop it in the Pulse mode.

Ingredients :
Cauliflower carob 1/2 pc.
Egg 2 pcs.
Garlic clove 2 pcs.
Pork belly 100g
Green mini peppers 2 pcs.
Green onions 2 pcs.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
Black sesame 1 tsp.
Pickled ginger 1 tsp.
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower into florets. Place in a food processor and pulse until it becomes like rice. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the cauliflower and stir-fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside
Step 2
Lightly beat the eggs and make a thin omelet. Dump out of the pan and set aside
Step 3
Add the garlic to the pan and, once it is fragrant, add the pork brisket. While it’s cooking, slice the omelet into small cubes. Once the pork brisket is cooked through, add the peppers and half the green onions and fry for another minute. Then add the cauliflower and the omelet.
Step 4
Add in the soy sauce, stir thoroughly for a minute and place on a plate. Garnish with sesame seeds and ginger on top
