Mini keto buns are a great snack for a night out with friends! Add cheese sauce to them and you’ll lick your fingers! I mean that literally)
This recipe is based on the famous Fathead dough. It’s also good for breadsticks, bagels, crackers and even pizza!

Ingredients :
Almond flour 190g
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Grated mozzarella cheese 340g
Cream cheese 60g
3 Eggs
Step 1
Mix almond flour, salt and baking powder in a small bowl. Set aside.
Put the mozzarella and cream cheese in a large bowl and place in the microwave. Heat for 30 seconds, then stir. And so 3-4 times until smooth.
Step 2
Add the two eggs and flour to the cheese and stir until the dough is smooth. It will be quite sticky.
Step 3
Wrap a cutting board in clingfilm. Lightly grease your hands with butter, divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll each into a 2-3 cm thick strip and cut into pieces.
Step 4
Whisk the remaining egg, coat each piece of dough, place on a baking tray and sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Bake the scone in a preheated 200°C oven for about 12 minutes until golden. Turn off the oven and keep for a few more minutes.
