MINI ZUCCHINI APPETIZERS

Ingredients :

Medium zucchini 1 pc.

Eggs 2 pcs.

Almond flour 50g

Garlic and onion (powder), rosemary, salt and pepper to taste

Grated Parmesan cheese 100g

Step 1
Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess water through gauze or paper towel. Put the zucchini in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix the dough well.

Step 2
Transfer small balls of dough (12 pieces) either to a shallow rack or to a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for about 10-12 minutes in a preheated 200°C oven.
