KETO “OATMEAL” RECIPE

Almond milk 1/2 cup

Almond flour ¼ cup

Coconut shavings ¼ cup

Flaxseed meal 1 tablespoon

Coconut oil 1 tablespoon

Vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon

Salt to taste

Blueberries 1/2 cup

Almond Butter 1 Tbsp.

Step 1
Place all ingredients except blueberries and almond butter in a small saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer until it thickens

Step 2
Transfer to a bowl and top with berries and almond butter
