You can use any spices you want, but garlic and onion are 100% appropriate. We use Parmesan in this recipe since it doesn’t drip when frying.

To prepare this recipe for “Tuna and Avocado Meatballs” You will need:
Tuna in c/c 1 can
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
Avocado 1 piece.
Grated Parmesan cheese 25g
Almond flour 30 g
Garlic, half teaspoon powder
Onion, powder a quarter of tsp.
Coconut Oil 100g
Step 1
Drain the tuna and place in a large bowl
Step 2
Add mayonnaise, Parmesan and allspice and mix together.
Step 3
Slice the avocado, remove the pit and cut into cubes
Step 4
Add the avocado to the bowl and mix thoroughly
Step 5
Form into 12 balls and roll in almond flour
Step 6
Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the meatballs until golden brown.
