Ingredients :
Flaxseed meal 90g
Pumpkin puree 50g
Cocoa 25g
Caramel syrup without sugar 25g
1 shell egg
Coconut oil 2 tablespoons
Apple cider vinegar and a half teaspoon
Cinnamon and a half tsp.
Baking powder and a half teaspoon.
Almonds to taste
Vanilla extract to taste
Salt to taste
Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl
Step 2
In another bowl mix and lightly whisk all the liquid ingredients.
Step 3
Pour the liquid part into the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 170-180°C.
Place the batter in a muffin tin. You should have 6 pieces.
On top I like to decorate the baked goods with almond petals. Sprinkle them over the dough and press lightly
Step 5
Bake for about 15 minutes. The muffins should rise and darken slightly
