RECIPE FOR KETO PANCAKES

Fluffy, tender and appetizing pancakes… The best counterpart to the usual Pancakes for Shrove Tuesday! Only 6 ingredients, 15-20 minutes and you’ll love them!

Ingredients :

Almond flour 90g

Coconut flour 30g

Erythritol 3 tablespoons

Leavening powder 1 tsp.

Large egg 5 pcs.

Milk 80 ml

Olive oil 40 ml

Vanilla extract 1 tsp.

Salt to taste

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until homogeneous. (The batter should be the consistency of a normal pancake batter. If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk. Don’t add too much or the pancakes will be too “wet”).

Step 2
Heat a greased skillet on the stovetop over medium heat. Pour the batter into the pan and form circles. Cover with a lid and fry for about 1.5-2 minutes, until bubbles begin to form. Flip and cook for another 1.5-2 minutes, until browned on the other side.
