CHICKEN NUGGETS AT HOME

Yes, these are nuggets! Not from some McDonald’s, but straight from your oven! This recipe conquered our keto hearts and honestly, we’ve been making them for days now)))

Ingredients :

Fillet of chicken thighs 1,500 g

Fat 120 g

Egg 2 pcs.

Chicken spices to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Bread the greaves in a bag and crush them. Add chicken spices (such as coriander, turmeric, ginger, paprika and garlic), salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle the breading over a flat plate.

Step 2
Wash and dry chicken thighs and cut into medium sized pieces. Break two eggs into a bowl and beat until smooth.
Dip chicken thighs in egg, then in breading and place on baking tray.

Step 3
Once all the chicken pieces are in the breading, send the baking tray to the oven for 20-24 minutes. Let the nuggets cool slightly and serve with your favorite sauce!
