Coconut flour 1 tablespoon
Egg 1 pc.
Butter 1 tbsp.
Baking powder half a tsp.
Salt and spices to taste

Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well with a whisk until smooth, pour into a tin and microwave for 90 seconds
