COFFEE PUDDING RECIPE WITH CHIA

Breakfast should be delicious, nutritious and, most importantly, quick! Well, who wants to stand at the stove in the morning?)

Many people who like proper nutrition long time ago mastered the recipes for “night porridge” – throw berries in oatmeal, pour milk in the evening, in the morning a couple of minutes in the microwave and boom – dinner is served! How are we worse?)

Ingredients :

Chia seeds 4 tbsp.

Cold coffee 150 ml

Coconut milk 150 ml

Almond Oil 1 Tbsp.

Erythritol 1 Tbsp.

Cinnamon to taste

Salt to taste

Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Cover and leave in fridge overnight
