There are quite a few keto bread recipes, but for thin breads and pizza bases, this is my favorite!
I decided to make three variations at once: Italian style, cheesy and sweet cinnamon sticks. What’s more, I’ll make two kinds of sauce: tomato sauce and cream sauce for the sweet version. Lick your fingers, I guarantee!

Ingredients :
Almond flour 75g
Mozzarella cheese 200g
1 large egg
Cheese cream 3 tbsp.
Psyllium 1.5 tsp.
Leavening agent half a tsp.
Italian herbs half a tsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Cheddar Cheese 90 g
Parmesan cheese 25 g
Dried garlic and half a tsp.
Cinnamon two tsp.
Erythritol four tsp.
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 C. Mix eggs and cream of cheese in a bowl
Step 2
In a separate bowl mix together the dry ingredients: almond flour, psyllium and baking powder
Step 3
Soften the mozzarella in the microwave. Turn it on for 2-3 minutes and stir with a fork every 15 seconds until it is soft and uniform
Step 4
Add the egg and cheese cream mixture and dry ingredients to the mozzarella, mix thoroughly
Step 5
Knead the dough with your hands until it becomes homogeneous, then roll into a ball
Step 6
Place the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment, put a silicone mat on top and roll out
Step 7
Cut the dough into three equal parts.
Sprinkle the first third with Italian herbs, salt and pepper
Step 8
Sprinkle the second with Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic.
Step 9
The third with a mixture of cinnamon and sweetener
Step 10
Bake for 12-15 minutes on the top level of the oven until crispy.
Serve warm!
