RECIPE FOR KETO NACHOS CHIPS

Ingredients :

Grated mozzarella cheese 200g

Almond flour 75g

Psyllium 2 tbsp.

Salt to taste

Garlic/onion/paprika powder to taste

Step 1
Melt the mozzarella in the microwave. Add the almond flour, psyllium and spices. Mix thoroughly. Divide the dough into two portions and roll into balls.

Step 2
Place the balls between two layers of parchment and roll out as thinly as possible. Then cut into triangles with a pizza cutter and place them on a baking tray.

Step 3
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 6-8 minutes
