My new love is sweet chili peppers like Pimento. It’s sweet, spicy and only contains 2 grams of carbs! It immediately made me want to make some kind of sauce with it.
There are only 4 ingredients in this keto recipe, and it’s super easy to make. In fact, the hardest part for me was finding pimento peppers. If you can’t find it, you can substitute any canned sweet chili bell pepper.
This keto recipe is best made the day before serving so that the sauce can “infuse” overnight – so it has a spicier, richer flavor.

Ingredients :
Cream cheese 226g
Sweet chili bell pepper 100g
Cheddar cheese (shredded) 120 g
Chopped garlic 1g
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1
Heat the garlic in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add cream cheese to pan and stir until softened.
Step 3
When the cream cheese is so liquid that you can stir it in with a spoon, pour in the grated Cheddar cheese.
Step 4
When the mixture is light orange in color, add the finely chopped peppers.
Place in a dish and place in the refrigerator.
