SAUSAGE IN KETO DOUGH RECIPE

My nephews stopped by this weekend and I decided to treat them to something cute – sausages in dough!

To make them, I bought 8 delicious beef sausages at the butcher shop and came up with a special cheesy keto dough so I could grab a couple myself))

Cooking time 30 min.

Servings quantity 8

Ingredients :

100g of mozzarella cheese

Cream cheese 30g

Almond flour 1 cup

Egg 1 pc.

Beef sausage 8 units.

Step 1
Grate cheese on large grater

Step 2
Mix mozzarella, cream cheese and flour in a bowl. Put in microwave for 30 sec.

Step 3
Beat in the egg and mix thoroughly.

Step 4
The dough should have a firm consistency

Step 5
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment and roll out

Step 6
Cut the dough into 8 strips using a pizza wheel

Step 7
Carefully wrap the sausages in the dough and place on a baking tray. Leave in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
