French chocolate cake (cake) – rich chocolate flavor with notes of almonds, the smooth texture of the cream… tenderness itself! Moreover, it doesn’t need to be baked, and with a small mold it is possible to make a portion for one, which is what we are going to do now

Ingredients :
Almond flour 25g
Cocoa 3 teaspoon
Erythritol 5 tsp.
Instant Coffee 1/4 tsp.
Butter 2 tsp.
Milk 80 ml
Avocado 50g
Vanilla flavoring to taste
Salt to taste
Step 1
Lightly toast the almond flour in a dry pan until completely golden and fragrant. Transfer the flour to a small bowl and mix with 2 tsp. cocoa, 2 tsp. erythritol, coffee and salt. Add the melted butter and mix thoroughly. Place the pastry in a 12cm dish, smooth the edges and place in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Mix 80 ml milk, remaining cocoa and erythritol, avocado, flavoring and salt in a blender
Step 3
Transfer the cream to the base and place in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes
