This recipe for soft, tender homemade tortillas (tortillas) with minimal carbs is a godsend for keto cooks. These tortillas are quick and easy to make and the number of toppings are endless!

Ingredients :
Almond flour 90 g
Coconut flour 3 tablespoons
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Xanthan gum 2 tsp.
Egg 1 egg
Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
Water 1 tbsp.
Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients in a blender (food processor). Add egg, vinegar, water, and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Take out the dough (it will be sticky), wrap in clingfilm and put it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. Take out the cooled dough and divide into 8 pieces. Roll out flatbreads 10-12 cm in diameter.
Step 3
Fry the tortillas in a frying pan over medium heat for a minute on each side. Keep the finished tortillas warm while you continue cooking the rest – tortillas are best served warm.
