Butter 2 tbsp.
Almond flour 2 Tablespoons
Salt to taste
Cream 120 ml
Grated cheese 115g
Chopped green onions 1 tbsp.
Egg 4 pcs.
Step 1
Lightly grease four 250ml tins with oil and sprinkle the almond flour inside.
Step 2
Divide the eggs.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the almond flour, salt and fry stir-fry for 2 minutes
Step 4
Add the cream and simmer over very low heat for about five minutes, stirring. Add the cheese and onions and stir to combine.
Step 5
Add the yolks to the mixture and stir.
Step 6
Beat the whites with a mixer until sturdy peaks.
Step 7
Gently incorporate the whites into the base.
Step 8
Pour the batter into the four tins and place in a preheated 180°C oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot
