Ingredients :
Butter 225g
Erythritol 120g
Vanilla flavoring to taste
Nuts 250g
Coconut flour 60 g
Orange zest 1/2 tsp.
Nutmeg 2 tsp.
Step 1
Melt the butter and whisk with 60g of erythritol and the flavouring. Add the chopped nuts, the zest and the coconut flour and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Divide the dough into balls about 3 cm in diameter. Crush 60g of the erythritol into a powder, mix it in a bowl with the nutmeg. Roll each dough ball in this mixture.
Step 3
Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated 170°C oven. Cool on the baking tray, first in the oven off, then at room temperature.
