RECIPE FOR VANILLA KETO WAFFLES

Lush, tender and hearty waffles are the perfect dessert for breakfast and dinner! Minimal carbs, gluten-free, lactose-free, and sugar-free; suitable for keto, paleo, and vegan diets as well.

Ingredients :

Coconut flour 4 tablespoons

White egg 4 pcs.

Milk (soy, almond etc.) 25 ml

Apple or pumpkin puree 1 Tbsp.

Coconut oil 1 tbsp.

Cinnamon quarter tsp.

Thickener quarter tsp.

Erythritol to taste

Salt to taste

Vanilla extract to taste

Low calorie syrup to taste

Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and set aside.

Step 2
Carefully mix all the liquid ingredients before adding the dry ingredients.

Step 3
Let the batter stand for at least 10-15 minutes
Preheat the waffle iron and bake the waffles for 4-6 minutes, depending on the power
After baking, you can serve the waffles immediately. However, you can put them in the fridge and then put them in the toaster for a minute before serving – it’s even tastier that way!
