My new sweet favorite is this incredible recipe for homemade ginger cookies. There’s a nice texture, great flavor, and most importantly, the cozy aroma of ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg!
Cooking time 30 min.
Servings quantity 24
Ingredients :
Almond flour 3 cups
Erythritol 1 cup
Ginger powder 1/2 tsp.
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp.
Nutmeg 1/4 tsp.
Baking powder 1/2 tsp.
Salt to taste
Coconut oil 1/3 cup
Butter 1/2 cup
Egg 2 pcs.
Vanilla flavoring to taste
Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients
Step 2
In a separate bowl, use a blender to blend together the butter and coconut oil, add the eggs and flavoring and blend thoroughly.
Step 3
Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and knead the dough
Step 4
Form into balls, place them on a baking tray and press down with a fork, shaping them into cookies
Step 5
Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 15-18 minutes
