GINGERBREAD COOKIE RECIPE

This ginger cookie recipe is a godsend for frequent snackers. For example, my accountant friend takes them to work with her almost every day!

I personally love adding cloves to ginger cookies. It gives the flavor some incredible notes)

Ingredients :

Almond flour 170 g

Erythritol 3 tablespoons

Ginger 2 tsp.

Cloves Quarter Tsp.

Cinnamon 1 tsp.

Nutmeg Quarter tsp.

Butter 60 g

Egg 1 egg

Vanilla flavoring to taste

Salt to taste

Ingredients

Almond flour 170g

Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients. Next, mix all the liquid ingredients, add to the dry ingredients and mix well until smooth

Step 2
Divide the dough into 8 equal slices, roll into balls, place on a baking tray and press on top with a fork to form cookies

Step 3
Pop in a preheated 180 C oven for 12-15 minutes until crackling appears on the surface
