I first tried making it with protein ( a portion of protein, one egg, a tablespoon of oil and a pinch of baking powder) and it turned out good. But, first of all, it’s a lot of protein, and second, not everyone has the right protein on hand. So, this recipe is with coconut and flaxseed flour.

Ingredients :
Butter 2 tbsp.
Coconut flour 1 Tablespoon
Flax meal 2 tablespoons
Egg C0 1 pc.
Cinnamon half a tsp.
Baking powder quarter tsp.
Erythritol to taste
Salt to taste
Step 1
Melt the butter in the microwave. Pour it into a bowl and add all the other ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Pour the batter into a mug and bake in the microwave for a minute ( 60 – 90 seconds )
