Sometimes, the craving for a sweet tooth is so excruciating that you might as well sell your soul! But, with this recipe for keto donuts with cherries and chocolate, you can still do without it.)
Perfect crispy crust on the outside and a soft, tender texture on the inside…best of all, I got them right the first time!
Cooking time 15 min.
Serving quantity 12
Ingredients :
Almond flour 75g
Eggs 2 eggs
Low-calorie sugar-free chocolate 50 g
Flax seed flour 25g
Erythritol 3 tablespoons
Coconut oil 2 tablespoons
Coconut milk 3 tablespoons
Leavening agent 1 tsp.
Vanilla extract to taste
Red Dye to taste
Cherry flavoring to taste
Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl
Step 2
Pour two lightly beaten eggs, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, and coke milk into the dry mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Mix the batter until smooth and add the finely chopped chocolate
Step 4
If you, like me, want to add coloring, divide the batter into two bowls and add the flavoring and coloring to one part
Step 5
Heat a waffle iron and doughnut mold.
Transfer the dough to a plastic bag, lightly tamp it down and cut one corner off the bottom to press the dough into the mold
Step 6
I prefer to grease the waffle maker with coconut oil, but this is not necessary if you have new non-stick molds
Step 7
Cooking time is usually about 6 minutes, but it can vary slightly depending on the waffle maker’s power. Either way, leave the first three minutes uncovered.
When the doughnuts are ready, cool slightly at room temperature and serve!
Bon appetit!
