Egg 5 Eggs
Cream cheese 120g
Erythritol 1 tablespoon
Almond flour 70g
Leavening powder half a tsp.
Salt to taste
Butter 3 tablespoons
Cutlets 2 pcs.
Bacon slice 4 pcs.
Cheddar cheese, 2 pcs.
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, cream cheese and erythritol until fluffy. Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until smooth.
Step 2
Put a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and place over medium heat. Once it has melted, fry four fritters. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until the edges rise and they are easy to flip. Fry for another 2 to 3 minutes until cooked through. Leave them warm while you cook the patties, bacon, and eggs.

Fry the cutlets and bacon.
Lightly beat three eggs, pour half into a heated skillet and fry; then, fry the other half.
