PEANUT BUTTER BREAD IN THE MICROWAVE

A very simple, yet delicious recipe for keto bread. Low in carbs, cooks in a couple of minutes, perfect for mini toast or sandwiches. Enjoy

Ingredients :

Peanut butter, no sugar 85g

1 egg.

Apple cider vinegar, 6% tsp.

Leavening agent quarter tsp.

Erythritol quarter tsp.

Salt to taste

Water a tbsp.

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a bowl ( 400 – 500 ml). Put into a microwave on 800 watts for 1.5 to 2 minutes.

Step 2
Allow the bread to cool slightly, then remove from the mold, cut into 6 slices. Before serving, you can reheat the bread slice in a toaster oven
