Tiramisu (Italian for tira mi sù – elevates me) is what has become a classic, a recipe for the Italian layered dessert. According to some people it dates back to the time of Casimo 3 Medici, others say it was invented by Roberto Linguanotto, pastry chef at Alle Beccherie at the end of the 1960s.

Ingredients :
To prepare the recipe “Tiramisu recipe | keto, no sugar, no flour” You will need:
Almond flour 50g
Erythritol 2+3 tsp.
Butter 20 g
Cinnamon to taste
Salt to taste
Coffee 30 ml
15 ml Brandy
Mascarpone Cheese 75 g
Cream 50g
White dry wine 15 ml
Cocoa to taste
Step 1
Lightly toast the almond flour in a dry frying pan over medium heat until golden to bring out the flavor. Mix the flour, 2 tsp erythritol, melted butter, cinnamon, salt, coffee and brandy well. Place in the bottom of two glasses and place in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Whisk the cream until light peaks form. Mix cream, mascarpone, wine and 3 tsp of erythritol. Spread on cooled bases, sprinkle cocoa on top and place in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
